about

our story

Every Outside Circle product is tied to a cause that connects to the art on it.

Every disc featuring a human character contributes $1 to the Joy Smith Foundation for human trafficking education and Recovery — because everyone deserves the chance to find their power and rise again.

Our Mission

Outside Circle started with a clear disc that was impossible to find in the fairway. A little dye fixed that.

But somewhere in the process of adding color and character to plastic, something else happened — the discs became individuals. Beings with their own flight characteristics, their own stories, their own way of showing up when you needed them. Like casting a magic card or throwing out a Pokémon. You weren't out there alone anymore.

The art style came from the same place the sport did — counter culture. And in that regard, we think disc golf has more in common with skateboarding than traditional ball golf. Skateboarding taught us that you don't need a country club to have a culture. Disc golf already knows this. We just wanted the art to say it out loud.

Paying it forward

It doesn't matter how much money you have, what you've been through, or how good you are. You show up, you throw, you belong.

No pretense. No handicap. No inner circle to earn your way into.

The characters on Outside Circle discs don’t need to be fixed, or absolved. They needed to be found. They found their name in the darkness and they draw power from that place. So do we.

Outside any circle that told you that you didn't belong. Inside the one that always has a spot for you.
